Terms of service
Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and [Company legal name], [legal form], registered at [registered address] (“unbreach”, “we”). By creating an account or using the API, you accept them. If you use unbreach for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
Accounts and API keys
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate account details.
- Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for all usage made with your keys until you revoke them.
- Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think a key has leaked.
Acceptable use
unbreach is built for defense. You may only use it on systems, code and data that you own or are explicitly authorized to assess. You must not use the service to:
- gain unauthorized access to, disrupt or damage any system or network;
- create or deploy malware, or evade detection for malicious purposes;
- target people with phishing, fraud or harassment;
- break applicable laws, including export control and sanctions rules;
- extract our models or weights, or get around rate limits and safety measures;
- resell raw API access without a written agreement with us.
We may suspend access immediately if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.
Pricing and billing
- API usage is billed per token at the prices shown on our pricing page, monthly in arrears or from prepaid credits.
- Payments are processed by [payment provider]. Prices exclude taxes such as VAT, which are added where applicable.
- We give at least 30 days’ notice before raising prices. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after [14 days] past due.
Plans for individuals
- Plus and Pro plans give access to the unbreach app with usage limits that refill over time. Larger models use your allowance faster. Limits can vary with demand and model, and are shown in the app.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days to withdraw from a new subscription. If you ask us to start the service right away, you agree that you lose this right once the service has been fully provided, and a refund is calculated pro rata for the days used.
- Plans are for personal use and may not be shared, resold or automated to work around usage limits. For automated or business use, use the API.
- We may change plan prices with at least 30 days’ notice. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
Your content and outputs
You keep all rights to the content you send. Between you and us, you own the outputs generated for you. unbreach is zero data retention: we process your content in memory only to return a response, then discard it. We do not store it and never use it to train our models. See our privacy policy.
Model outputs can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before acting on them, especially before changing production systems.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, except under a signed Enterprise SLA. We may update or retire models; we give at least [90 days] notice before retiring a model that is generally available.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using unbreach and close your account at any time. We can end this agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach. Fees already due remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [country]. Any dispute goes to the courts of [city], unless mandatory consumer protection rules say otherwise.
